The warehouse facility for product pickup is located in Tangent. Route owner is responsible for ordering, delivering and stocking bread/bakery products at major retailers including Fred Meyer, Walmart, Safeway and many others. Brands distributed include Dave’s Killer Bread, Wonder, Nature’s Own, Sunmaid and Cinnabon.
The route has averaged $7,973 in weekly sales over a 52 weeks period. Bakery Commission rates vary depending on the product and store, but average out to approximately 34%. This is a very high commission rate compared to other bread routes! The weekly gross income based on current sales volume is roughly $2,700. Operating costs will vary from owner to owner as they are route payment, truck lease, gas/fuel, vehicle insurance, vehicle maintenance and other misc expenses
