These are residential landscaping accounts that sign one year contracts with the majority already having 2017 contracts in place. Many of the accounts have strict HOA guidelines which require them to hire and maintain a landscaping service.
The current owner averages approximately $50,000 per year in regular service revenue/check payments per year. There are always additional projects that generate revenue and the growth/expansion opportunity is unlimited for a motivated owner. Owner nets $900+ per week for the year. The schedule for this business is very flexible. During fall/winter months the owner can finish the entire route in 2-3 days per week.
